Terms and Conditions
All food is prepared fresh, so any orders require at least 3 days notice to prepare. For your advice, under Food Safety Regulations, once you have received your buffet delivery, all food must not be out for more than 4 hours. After this time it must be discarded. All food is delivered fresh and chilled, so Primrose Fayre accepts no responsibility for any food left out longer than the required time.
When booking a buffet, payment must be made by bank transfer and must be paid before delivery. In some circumstances, cash will be taken if placed in an envelope, but bank transfer is preferred for the safety of everyone.

With the new GDPR law which commenced on 25th May 2018, Primrose Fayre are pleased to inform you as to how we handle your data.
The information that we hold is for our internal records. Please note that we keep letters, emails and copy invoices, both paper copies and computer records which includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses. We never share your details with anyone, it remains the property of Primrose Fayre.
If you have used our service, occasionally, we may keep you informed of special offers or events regarding Primrose Fayre. If you do not wish to receive any marketing, please inform the Owner/Manager, Jane Bevan.
