Terms and Conditions
All food is prepared fresh, so any orders require 3 days notice to prepare. Under Food Safety Regulations, all food must not be out for more than 4 hours. After this time it must be refrigerated. Primrose Fayre accepts no responsibility for any food left out longer than the required time.
At the time of booking a buffet, a non-refundable 35% deposit is taken and the balance must be paid 3 weeks before the event, at which time the final numbers must be given. For all deli and bakery orders, these can be paid for on the day.
Payment methods accepted are cash or bank transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.
All platters and dishes are supplied and must be returned to Primrose Fayre. Any items which are not returned will be charged for.
Companies who use Primrose Fayre regularly may use our 14 day payment method. An invoice will be issued on the day of the function, then you will have 14 days to make final payment. The preferred method is bank transfer. Details of our account can be found on your invoice.

With the new GDPR law which commenced on 25th May 2018, Primrose Fayre are pleased to inform you as to how we handle your data.
The information that we hold is for our internal records. Please note that we keep letters, emails and copy invoices, both paper copies and computer records which includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses. We never share your details with anyone, it remains the property of Primrose Fayre.
If you have used our service, occasionally, we may keep you informed of special offers or events regarding Primrose Fayre. If you do not wish to receive any marketing, please inform the Owner/Manager, Jane Bevan.
